We wanted to express our sincere appreciation for the time, energy, and expertise that Colin and Stefanie provided us through this home buying process. After experiencing three frantic evenings which saw us lose out; in one case, to an unbelievable bid of $100,000 higher than our final bid; we were beginning to lose hope of actually getting a home that fulfilled all of our needs.
